Two New Recipes

Below please find the two recipes that Jimmy prepared on August 1st

Asparagus Soup

The first Farmers Market had beautiful weather, and a wonderful cooking demonstration.  Jimmy prepared Asparagus Soup.  For those that didn’t get to take a recipe home from the market I said I would post it on the web site.  So enjoy, it is a perfect Spring Soup.

Pumpkin Soup Recipe

 

Here is the pumpkin soup recipe that Jimmy cooked at the Farmers Market last weekend.  It was a good last market for the season, and the soup was wonderful a cool Fall Saturday.  We are looking forward for the first time this year to a winter market on Sundays, once a month.   Hope to see everyone at the restaurant, the Inn or the Farmers Market over the winter.curried-pumpkin-soup
