Jimmy will be doing a cooking demonstration at the Saugerties Farmers Market this Saturday, May 30th at 11:00. He won’t decide what he is doing until he sees what is at the market, so I won’t be able to post the recipe now, but I will post it afterward. Spring is here now so we are on full schedule at the restaurant serving dinner Thursday through Sunday nights beginning at 6:00PM. the Inn is open every evening. HITS horse shows have started. The carousel horses are up all over town in honor of the Quadricentennial. Saugerties looks great, and so does the entire Hudson Valley.
